When you sign up as a service provider on NeedHelp, there are a few things to do before you can fully launch and do all the jobs you want.
The most important thing when creating your profile is to build trust with the client and encourage them to choose you as a service provider!
After signing up, you have already entered your email address and name - however, before you are approved for jobs, you will need to verify your ID.
How do I verify my identification documents?
- Sign in to your account
- Go to the top right corner and click on your name to open the dropdown menu
- Then select "My Profile"
- Click on the "Identity Verified" badge and then click "Get this badge"

Here you can add one of the following identification documents:
- Identity card (front and back)
- Passport (front)
- Driving license (front and back)
To enhance your profile, you can also add your commercial registration certificates, professional liability insurance and certificates and receive the corresponding badges.
How will clients know what work I can do for them?
To showcase your skills, you can take the following steps:

Fill out your competency profile:
- Go to "My Profile"
- Click "Change" on the right side
- Click on "My Skills"
- Select any skills you possess by checking the appropriate boxes.

Create a description of yourself:
- Go to "My Profile"
- Click "Change" on the right side
- Fill in the field under "Introduce yourself" in the middle of the page.
- It is not allowed to provide personal (last name, phone number, email...) or company information.

Upload photos of your previous work/skills:
- Go to "My Profile"
- Click on the pencil 🖍️ at the top right of the page
- Uploading photos will go a long way in building trust between you and your future clients and showcasing the work you are proud of. However, photos with business information or personal information like phone numbers will not be accepted.

Get positive reviews from your clients:
Once you start accepting jobs through the platform, make sure you communicate well with your clients, do the work properly and remain reliable.
This will result in happy clients who are likely to leave positive reviews on your profile. Ultimately, good reviews are one of the best ways to have a perfect profile.
