NeedHelp Customer
As a NeedHelp customer, the process is as follows:
You post a job you want done in your home. For example, this could be a kitchen installation, furniture assembly, etc.
NeedHelp then creates an alert informing all service providers in your area with the required skills.
If a service provider with the required skills is interested in your request, they can make a quote and contact you via your advert's chat to discuss the details (price, payment method, date, duration, other details).
Once you've agreed on the main details and made payment via your preferred payment method , you'll receive the service provider's contact details - and they'll receive yours.
Service Providers on NeedHelp
As a service provider, it is important to indicate in your profile what kind of work you can do. To do this, you tick the boxes with the skills you have. This way, you can receive job alerts as soon as clients post jobs in your area and area of expertise.

When you decide to do a job for a client, you can exchange private messages to agree on the price, duration, date, etc.
Once the client has selected you as a service provider and made a payment (at least the service fees) for the job, you will receive each other's contact details.
