As a cross-border worker, can I work with NeedHelp in both countries?

You can complete a mission via NeedHelp in the country of your choice. However, to withdraw the funds from your NeedHelp wallet, you must meet the following condition: transfers need to be made to a bank account whose currency matches that of your NeedHelp wallet.

Therefore:

→ A wallet in CHF can only be transferred to a bank account with a Swiss IBAN, starting with CH.

→ A wallet in GBP can only be transferred to a bank account with a country code GB.

→ A wallet in EUR can only be transferred to a bank account with an IBAN belonging to a Eurozone country.
