To receive a PayCode, the following conditions must be met:
- The job must be fully completed.
- The customer must have chosen 100% online payment during the booking.
What is the purpose of the PayCode?
The PayCode is provided by the customer and authorizes your payment via the platform. If the customer hasn’t shared the PayCode immediately, they may have simply forgotten.
What should you do?
- Contact the customer and ask for the PayCode.
- The customer can find the PayCode on our website under the My Requests section.
How to Validate Your PayCode
- Click on your first name at the top right corner of the page.
- Go to the My Payments section.
- Open the PayCode tab and enter the code provided by the customer.
The funds will then be available in your electronic wallet (Mangopay Wallet). You can transfer this amount to your bank account at any time by entering your account number.
Good to Know:
- Transfers to your bank account may take 5 to 8 business days, though it’s often faster.
