There are two types of payment on NeedHelp for jobs carried out.
As a reminder, your quote that is visible on the job request contains both the service fees of NeedHelp and the offer you entered when placing the quote.

Direct payment:
The client will have already paid the service fees of NeedHelp on the platform and will pay you the remaining amount, your offer, directly. This can be in the form of cash, wire transfer,… once the assignment has been completed.

100% online payment:
The customer will have pre-paid the full amount of the quote on the platform. Once the job has been completed, he will send you a Paycode that will enable you to collect your payment via the platform.
To validate your paycode, click on your first name in the top right-hand corner and go to “My payments”. Click on the “PayCode” tab and enter the code provided by the customer. The money will be available in your electronic wallet (Mangopay Wallet). You can then transfer this money to your bank account at any time by entering your IBAN & SWIFT/BIC.

Please note, it may take up to 5 to 8 workdays before the money reaches your account. However, it usually takes much less time than this.
