How can I deactivate my account?

To deactivate your account, follow these steps:

1. Log into your NeedHelp account
2. Go to "My profile" through the dropdown in the top right-hand corner 
3. Then click on "Edit my profile" 
4. Follow the link on the right-hand side of the page “Deactivate my account” 
5. Explain the reason for deactivation if you wish to
6. Click “Confirm” to delete your profile
