If you cannot confirm the 3DSecure authentication, this can be due to several reasons:
- The 3DSecure options have not been activated at the bank (mobile phone number, digital key, secret password, etc.)
- Your bank does not have your mobile phone number, so logically you do not receive the SMS
- Your bank expects a confirmation by digital key and you have to do it directly from your banking app
- It is a problem with the validation interface of your bank
In all these cases, we unfortunately cannot assist you, so you must contact them directly for assistance.
