My voucher code was rejected

If your voucher does not work, there are several possible reasons why this could be the case:

• The code has been entered incorrectly (e.g. upper and lower case)
• The code does not exist and the website you found it on lists invalid codes
• The code has expired and can no longer be used
• The code is valid for a certain minimum amount and your payment is less than that amount

Note that the minimum amount required for a voucher is the amount of the payment you are trying to make, not the amount of the offer you received.

For example, if you have received a 50 euros offer but choose to use the direct payment, your service charge payment will be 10 euros and your 10 euros coupon cannot be used.
