🔐 What is the paycode and how does it work?

When you choose to pay 100% online, you’ll receive a unique secret code, which we call the Paycode.

🧾 This Paycode must be given by you, the customer, to the tradesperson once the job has been completed.
The tradesperson can then enter the code in their profile to confirm the job is done and receive payment into their wallet. After that, they can request the transfer of funds.

✅ Once the Paycode has been entered, the transaction is considered complete, and both parties will be able to leave reviews.

⚠️ Never give the Paycode before the job is fully finished. It acts as your confirmation that the work has been completed to your satisfaction.
