If you have opted for direct payment, you have only paid the service fee to the platform and payment for the service should be made between you and the tradesperson directly.
If you have paid him before the work is completed, we cannot intervene and you have to contact him directly.
If you have an unfinished job or defects on your site, you need to contact the tradesperson to resolve the problem, as direct payments are not covered by our “Satisfied or Redone” guarantee.
