Why have I been charged when the job isn't done yet?

If you make a 100% online payment, the amount is directly debited from your account and held in our secure wallet.

The tradesperson will only be paid at the end of the job when you give them the Paycode (to be communicated once the job is successfully completed).

This system ensures that payment is made only when the service is correctly delivered. The tradesperson receives their payment at the end of the job.

If you encounter any issues, our service is available to assist you, find another tradesperson for you, or offer you a refund in case of cancellation.
