When you have received quotes that don’t align with your needs, you can inform the tradesperson that you won’t accept their offer by deleting the quote.
Go to the quote you wish to remove, and click on the garbage icon located on the right side. Confirm your decision and the tradesperson will be informed of your refusal. This may prompt them to make a new quote that better fits your needs.
