Why didn't I receive any quotes?

To ensure tradespeople have ample opportunity to respond, we provide an average of 48 hours for each request.

If you find yourself without any offers, it could be due to insufficient detail in your job request or setting a budget that may be too low. We recommend enhancing your request with more specific information, including pictures or plans, or adjusting your budget accordingly.

To send your request out again to tradespeople in your area after making these updates, simply click on "Manage my job" on your request and select "Notify other tradespeople."

Please note that this action is available 48 hours after the job has been published.
