If you have selected and booked a tradesperson but they are not available or able to carry out the assignment, you can select a new tradesperson to carry out the assignment.
How do I find a new tradesperson?
- Inform us of the problem by going to ‘Manage my request’ and specifying the incident.
- Our customer service will send your request out again so that other tradespeople in your region can send you new proposals.
- You can also contact tradespeople who have already applied to your ad via the messaging system.
- Once you have chosen a new tradesperson, inform our customer service department so that we can make the change.
