NeedHelp works with flat rate quotes. When the tradesperson and customer have agreed upon a price to do the work that was explained in the job description, this price cannot be increased unless both parties agree on a new quote via the platform.
If the tradesperson asks for more money than what was agreed upon, do not pay them directly. Instead, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with both parties to resolve the situation.
If the work cannot be started due to a price dispute, we will find another tradesperson who can do the work.
To avoid any misunderstandings, we strongly recommend that you reconfirm the details of the work and the agreed quote on-site before the work starts.
Please note that any additional work agreed on outside the platform is not included in the initial quote and will require a new agreement via the platform. This ensures transparency and protects both parties.
