Do you want to be selected for as many jobs as possible?
We recommend that you provide an inviting profile for the clients of NeedHelp. To do this, it is important to be transparent and build a trustworthy image including a photo and text.
A few tips for you to build the most appealing profile possible:
- Make your personal information and documents available, and upload those necessary (ID card, phone number, driving license, diplomas, etc.). Like this, your profile can be properly validated by NeedHelp.
- Add a clear and accurate profile picture of yourself. Please note: Only photos accepted by NeedHelp will be shown on your profile. Photos of your professional or personal website, your vehicles, your business card, etc. can not be accepted as a profile picture. You can however add additional photos that you would like to show on your profile in “My achievements”.
- When you choose to take a job, be precise in the comments section to indicate your availability for when you can do the job. Also, ensure that you offer your services to perform jobs within your skillset. Offers with detailed comments will increase your chances of being chosen by the client to carry out the job.
To be as appealing a Jobber as possible, we recommend that you:
- Have a fast response time. This way you will be the first Jobber to be considered for the job and therefore enable you to receive a higher satisfaction rate by the client.
- Have the lowest possible cancellation rate when you have been assigned to perform a job.
- Have the highest possible recurrence rate and perform as many jobs as possible. Keep in mind that the most important thing is to respect the commitments that you accept on the NeedHelp site.
We invite you to visit your profile page and find the clickable link below your profile photo - this link will take you to our “performance page” where you can read in more detail about receiving more jobs and ensure a higher level of performance status.
Tip: We highly recommend not applying for jobs which you are not qualified for. This will have a negative impact on your satisfaction score when evaluated by clients.
