To receive the contact details of a client, all you have to do is to make an offer on the job (see here how to make an offer) and wait to be selected. As soon as the client selects you to perform their job, you will receive an email with the information needed and you can then discuss further with the client.
Before you are chosen to perform the job
- If you have already made an offer - but you don't have enough information on the requirements for the job - you can chat with the client via the messaging function.
- If you have not made an offer, you can ask your questions to the client publicly (visible to everyone) in the "Questions / Answers" on the right hand side of the offer page.
If you have already made an offer, you can interact with the poster in private. When you send a message they will be notified by SMS, this way you can increase your chances of being the selected jobber for the job.
Once you have been selected, you will then get the contact details of the client (email and phone number).
Reminder: We strongly advise against bypassing NeedHelp and arranging the jobs through private messaging. This will remove your coverage and any kind of help provided by NeedHelp.
