Situations may arise where a tradesperson can no longer perform the agreed-upon work. When this happens, we want to assure you that we can find you a suitable replacement.
In this case, we ask that you inform us of the tradesperson's unavailability. We will reopen your request to allow you to see which other tradespeople are available to take over the work.
Once you have found a new tradesperson, you can send us the information so that we can make the change to your job request.
The amount you have already paid will be taken into account in the new offer. If the new offer is the same price as the initial tradesperson, you will not have to pay anything extra.
If the new offer is more expensive, you will only have to pay the difference.
If the new offer is cheaper, Needhelp will refund you the difference.
Please inform us as soon as you have found a new tradesperson so that we can assign them to your request.
