If you wish to cancel a job for which you have selected a tradesperson and thus made a payment, you can do so directly from the job request.
Steps to cancel your job request:
- Click on the button "Manage my job"
- Click on "Cancel my request"
- Select a reason for cancellation and submit your request.
Your cancellation request will be processed by our support team.
What Happens Next?
- If you cancel the job yourself, you will receive a refund for the amount the tradesperson was supposed to receive (excluding service fees).
- If the tradesperson cancels or does not show up, we will attempt to find a replacement for you.
- If no replacement is found, you will receive a full refund.
In any case, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your cancellation request.
