If you wish to cancel a job for which you have selected a tradesperson and thus made a payment, you can do so directly from the job request.
- Click on the button "Manage my job"
- Click on "Cancel my request"
- Explain the reason for cancellation so we can help you better
The request will be processed by our support services.
Depending on your situation, two cases are possible:
- If the cancellation is made by you, you will receive a refund for the amount the tradesperson should have received (in the case of 100% online payment), without the service fees.
- If the cancellation is made by the tradesperson, which sometimes needs to be confirmed, we will find another tradesperson for you.
In any case, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your cancellation request.
