To deactivate your account, please follow these steps:
- Log into your NeedHelp account
- Click on your name on the top right side of the page and select "My profile"
- Then, click on "Modify" and click on "Deactivate my account"
Once you've completed these steps, your account will be deactivated. You will no longer receive emails from us and can no longer post jobs or apply to perform jobs.
⚠️ Important: Deactivating an account does not mean deleting it permanently.
- Deactivation renders your account inactive, but your data remains saved.
- If you wish to permanently delete your account and all your data, please contact our Customer Service department. This action is irreversible.
Please note that if you have any pending requests, your profile cannot be deactivated until these requests are closed.
