How do tradesperson badges work?

NeedHelp provides a range of information about tradespeople. Here are the NeedHelp trust badges:

"Verified Identity" badge: This badge indicates that a user's identity documents have been uploaded and match the information on their NeedHelp account. These documents, which are necessary to apply for jobs, include European ID cards, driving licenses or passports.

"Driver's License Badge: This badge shows that a user has uploaded their driver's license, and it matches the information on their NeedHelp account.

"Interview Completed" Badge: This badge signifies that the tradesperson has completed an interview with a NeedHelp agent. The interview assesses their skills, experience, motivation, and reliability, and explains how the platform works.

"Professional" Badge: This badge is given to tradespeople who have uploaded their business documents (such as BCE extract, business number, VAT number). It allows them to access all customer requests, whether from businesses or individuals. To receive an invoice instead of a receipt at the end of the service, select a PRO tradesperson!

"Professional Liability Insurance" Badge: This badge indicates that the tradesperson has uploaded a Professional Liability Insurance document under their name.

"Decennial Insurance" Badge: This badge shows that the tradesperson has uploaded a decennial insurance document under their name.

"IKEA" Badge: This badge is awarded to tradespeople who already have a Professional Badge and professional insurance (either Professional Liability or Decennial Insurance). Their profile must show a customer rating higher than 4.5/5 and a cancellation rate below 3%. This badge allows them to install IKEA kitchens.
