When you agree on the details of a job with a client, you also agree on the payment method. One of the two existing payment methods uses a paycode which you enter into your account after you have successfully completed your job. See more about the payment methods here.
If you have lost, forgotten or have a wrong paycode, you can try to reach out to the client that you performed the job for. If they for some reason cannot provide you with the code, you can always get in touch with us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +44 20 3318 2087, and we should be able to provide you with the correct code.
