How do I contact a tradesperson?

Once you have posted a job request and validated your registration, tradespeople in your area are notified of this and can either contact you for further details or give you a quote immediately.

You will then have the option to talk with the tradespeople directly via the chat. To initiate contact with a tradesperson who has made you an offer, simply click on the button “Contact” within the offer in question. To see all your ongoing chats, click on the button “See all messages” on the right side of the job request.

📝 Note: You’ll only receive the tradesperson’s contact details once you’ve selected their offer and completed the payment.
