When you have posted your first request, you will automatically be sent an email to confirm the creation of your profile.
Once you click on the link in this email, your profile will be validated and you will receive quotes for your job.
If you do not receive this email, there are several possibilities:
- Check your spam folder as the email may be there
- Check the folder "Promotion"
- Change the email address you registered with, as some service providers (Hotmail, Outlook, etc.) tend to filter certain emails without your knowledge
- Contact Customer Services to either change the email address or resend the mail

Note: As long as your account is not validated, you will not be able to receive offers from tradespeople.
