I can't find a message I've received

When you receive a new message, you will be notified by SMS or e-mail and redirected to the job request immediately.

If it is a message from our admin team, you can find it on the job request in the "Details" section.

If it is a private message, you will be redirected directly to the chat conversation when you click on the button/link. Be aware, you have to be logged into your account to see the chat conversations.

You will also find a “View all messages” link in the top right-hand corner which will take you to all the ongoing conversations on your job request
