✅ When do I receive the contact details?
You will automatically receive the tradesperson’s contact information after you select their quote and complete the payment.
It is not possible to call or email the tradesperson before confirming the booking.
Once the booking is complete, you can find their contact details in several places:

In the confirmation email you receive after booking

On the "My Requests" page, you’ll also find the Paycode (if you opted for 100% online payment)

In your private chat conversation with the tradesperson
💬 Can I talk to them before booking?
Yes — you can communicate with any tradesperson via our private chat before confirming the booking.
We strongly recommend adding clear details and photos to your request so they can provide the most accurate quote possible.
🛠️ What if my booking didn’t go through?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email and still see multiple quotes listed under your job, it likely means the booking wasn’t successful.
To verify:

Go to the "My Requests" section.

Check if the status of your job changed from "Available job" to "Request assigned".

If the status didn’t change and all quotes are still visible, the booking didn’t go through.

In that case, try again or reach out to our support team for help.
🧱 Can I request a site visit?
For certain large-scale projects that require an on-site estimate, you can contact our customer service team to request a site visit.
This is only possible if the job and tradesperson meet specific conditions.
