To receive the contact details, select the tradesperson’s quote that suits you best, make the payment and receive the information you need to make an appointment.
You can still talk to them beforehand by private chat
We invite you to add as many details and photos as possible so the tradesperson can give you a fitting quote.
For certain large-scale projects requiring an estimate on-site, you can contact our customer service to request a site visit via the e-mail address support@needhelp.zendesk.com. This will only be possible when the job and the tradesperson meet certain conditions.
