Why is my address not accepted?

On NeedHelp, each country is managed separately.
This means you can only post a job in the country you’re browsing.

🗺️ Example:
If you're on the UK site, you won’t be able to post a job in France. You’ll need to switch to the French site to do so.

🔄 How can I switch countries on the site?

Just scroll to the bottom of the homepage
➡️ Click on the language/country selector
🌐 Choose the country where you’d like to post your job.

📍 What if my address isn’t recognised?

Our system uses Google Maps to validate addresses.
Sometimes, an address may not be recognised by Google Maps.

Here’s what you can try:

• 🔁 Re-enter your address manually

• ✏️ Use a less specific address (postcode and town only)

• 🏠 You can then provide the full address privately once you're in contact with the tradesperson

✅ Your postcode and town are enough to post your request.
The exact address can be shared directly with the tradesperson after you're connected.
