You are not connected to your account and you have forgotten your password?
To reset your password follow the steps listed below:
- Click on "Login" in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email address and you will receive a link in your email inbox which will allow you to choose a new password
Reminder: check your spam emails if you haven't received anything in your main inbox
You are connected and want to change your password?
To change your password:
- Go to your profile by clicking the button “My Profile” and select the button “Modify
- Click on the button “Change your password”
- Fill in your current password and the new password and confirm your choice.
