How to talk with a customer

When you are interested in a job, you can either contact the customer by message or directly make a quote.

Click on the button “Contact” to discuss the job directly with the customer.

Please note that all messages on the platform are subject to moderation and messages containing personal details (email address, telephone number, etc.) or aiming to establish direct contact will be automatically rejected.

Full contact details are only shared once the customer has selected your quote and validated the payment.

This is to ensure that the services are properly validated on the platform so that the customer benefits from guarantees and insurance, and also to ensure that only jobs confirmed on the platform are counted, in particular to avoid false reviews.
