The 3DSecure authentication is a standard for validating bank transactions that was introduced to curb internet fraud.
It simply confirms that the person trying to make the payment is the cardholder, protecting you from fraudulent use.
Most often this is a code received via SMS that you have to enter to confirm your payment, or increasingly a 'digital key' that you can use to confirm the transaction via your banking app.
If you have not configured the 3DSecure authentication, you will need to contact your bank directly for assistance.
