The tradesperson doesn't want to give me an invoice

If the tradesperson is a professional, it is a legal obligation for them to provide you with an invoice. Please note however that NeedHelp has an invoicing mandate for tradespeople and therefore automatically issues invoices for them, which you can find in the “My payments” section of your profile, under the “Bills” tab. This is only in case a 100% online payment was chosen.

Please note, however, that if the tradesperson is a private individual, the platform will not be able to provide an invoice for the full amount. Only an invoice for the service fee of NeedHelp will be provided.
