The two authorised payment methods are:
- 100% online payment: VISA / MASTERCARD: To contact the tradesperson and book his job, the customer pays the total amount of the quote via the website. The amount is debited and placed in the client’s e-wallet on the website. The customer receives a PayCode. This code should only be given to the tradesperson once the job has been completed, and not before! The amount is cashed in when the tradesperson enters the PayCode in his account.
- Direct payment: CASH / WIRE TRANSFER The client can select a tradesperson using this second payment method: he pays an online deposit of the service fees of NeedHelp. Once the job has been completed, the client pays you your offer directly on the job site, in cash, by wire transfer, …
The site’s service fee ranges between 17% and 25% depending on the type of job and the partner. This covers operating costs and the monitoring of your jobs, with assistance and comprehensive insurance provided by AXA.
