If a customer has chosen the 100% online payment method, at the end of the service they must give you a code called “PayCode”, as this will enable you to release your payment. The money will then go into your Wallet on NeedHelp.
To enter this code, go to your profile, then “My Payments” and click on “Paycodes”.
If the code doesn’t work, please check:
- The code is made up of 5 characters (numbers and letters)
- There was no error when you retrieved the code
If the website says the code is incorrect, don’t hesitate to make several attempts to change certain characters. It is possible that the customer made a mistake in the code.
Example:
- A 0 (number zero) and an O (letter o)
- An I (letter I) and a 1 (number 1)
