How can I transfer the money from the wallet to my bank account?

To make a transfer, go to the ‘My payments’ page and click on the button "Ask for your bank transfer". Check that your IBAN is correct, then click on Confirm.

An e-mail containing a verification code will be sent to your address. This code guarantees the security of your request. It may take up to 10 minutes to receive the e-mail, so don't forget to check your Spam or Junk Mail folder. Then enter the code you have received in the field provided and confirm.

If necessary, add a label for the transfer, then click Confirm one last time. The money will be credited to your bank account within 3 to 5 work days.
