To obtain your invoices for your job requests, see the points below.
- Sign into your account
- Then click on your first name at the top right-hand corner and on "My payments" in the drop-down menu.
- Go to "Bills" on the bar at the top of the page to find your documents.
If the tradesperson you selected:
- Is a private individual, you will get an invoice for the NeedHelp service fees.
- Is a professional and you paid your service 100% online, you will find two invoices:
- An invoice from NeedHelp for the platform service fees.
- An invoice from the tradesperson for their intervention (the invoice is issued in the name and on behalf of the provider under the billing mandate given to We Share Trust).
- Is a professional and you selected "Direct payment", you will only have paid the service fees on the platform, and you will have only one invoice corresponding to the platform's service fees.
