NeedHelp has a policy that guarantees satisfaction for all jobs performed and ordered through our website. We call it “Satisfied or Redone”.
This guarantee allows clients to have work redone which was carried out by tradespeople through the NeedHelp website (which was not properly done, unfinished or unsatisfactory, etc.)
The purpose of this guarantee offered by NeedHelp is to enable and finance the following:
- The rework mission of poor performances by tradespeople
- The purchase of damaged equipment for the reparation of the failed job performed (the material must have been the essential part of the job - e.g. kitchen materials that were damaged, where the jobber was fixing/setting up the kitchen)
This guarantee is included in the job offers and covers the jobs booked and paid on the platform in case of 100% online payment, within the limits of the conditions of the commercial guarantee. The guarantee is capped at £2000 per rework mission (labour and potential new materials), and can furthermore not exceed twice the price of the original job performed.
