As a client of NeedHelp, the process is as follows:
You post a job, which you want done in your home. For example, this could be a kitchen installation, the assembly of furniture, etc. NeedHelp then creates an alert to inform all the tradespeople in your area who have the skills needed. When a tradesperson with the right skillset wants to perform your job, they can chat with you to discuss the details (price, payment, time/date, other details).
As soon as you have agreed to the main details, and you have made a payment using the method you prefer, you will get the contact details of the jobber - and they will receive yours.
Tradesperson at NeedHelp
As a tradesperson, it is important to indicate on your profile which type of jobs you can perform. You do this by ticking the boxes with the skills that you have. This way, you can receive alerts every time clients post jobs within your location and your skillset.

When you want to perform a job for a client, you can chat with them to discuss the job, the price, the time/date, etc. As soon as the client has chosen you as the tradesperson and makes a payment (at least the Needhelp's service fee) for the job, you will receive each other’s contact details.
All in all, NeedHelp puts tradespeople and clients in contact with each other to ensure no one has unfinished jobs at home. NeedHelp enables clients to get things done and tradespeople to find work within their skillset and location.
