To delete your information in line with European GDPR rules, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@needhelp.zendesk.com requesting the deletion of your data. Also add a copy of your ID so we can verify that your identity matches the one of the profile.
- Your information will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request.
Note: if there is an ongoing claim or refund process, we may not be able to delete your information immediately, as it is necessary to complete these processes first. However, once any ongoing processes are concluded, your data will be deleted as per your request.
